Returns

- Your return request must be submitted by email within 10 business days of receipt of goods.
- No returns will be accepted without a proper RA number and label.
- All claims must be made within ten business day of receipt of goods.
- 20% packing fee will be applied if the retuning items are not returned in original packing.
- Merchandise found with signs of being worn or other noticeable stains (i.e., Makeup around the neck or stains at the bottom of the pants.) will not be accepted.
- If the garments do not have the original labels, we will not accept the return, and no credit will be issued.
- No exceptions unless approved by one of our customer service team.
- Please be advised that all RA’s are for store credit only.
- All discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned.
How to return
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- We will not be responsible for providing return labels for exchanges unless the goods are damaged
- In the case that the return is due to faulty/damaged goods, you must email us a picture of the damaged merchandise, and we will provide you with a return label.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
- Only store credit will be issued.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- All returns will be charged with a 20% restocking fee except for damages.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

1) FedEx is the only option with insurance for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. FedEx will attempt to deliver up to 3 times, all orders over $300 require a signature. FedEx will not ship to P.O. boxes.
*Orders received after 12:00 PM PST or on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays will process on next business day.
2) We do not offer Saturday, Sunday and Holidays delivery. For international orders, we do not reimburse customs fees, conversion fees, or import fees charged by your home country or your financial institution.
3) Please understand that international orders may take one week to up to 3 months to arrive after shipping due to customs inspections or other delays outside of 2.7 August Apparel, Inc.'s control.
4) Changes and modifications to orders are not allowed once the order is “Confirmed” or “In Progress.” Orders placed before promotions are not eligible to receive new promotions or discounts. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of the order and to modify or cancel any promotion due to system error or unforeseen issues.
*Order processing can take 1-3 business days to be packaged and shipped out (not including weekends or holidays). Items placed in cart are not reserved. Stock availability is subject to change without notice.

Ordering

Order Status
After you received your order confirmation email, a second shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been mailed, and it will include the tracking number for your package.
Order Number
If you have an account, simply log in and select “My Orders” in the menu under your name. There, you can find the order number! If you haven't created an account, no worries! You can create an account any time with the same email address used to place the order. Also note that with every order, we send an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to junk/spam folder!
Edit / Cancel Order
We work hard to process your order as quickly as possible. We highly recommend thoroughly reviewing all information prior to submitting your order. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to change the content of your order.

This Payment Policy describes the forms of payments accepted and payment security by 27augustapparel.com (the "Site" or "we").
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following methods, or forms of payment:
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
PayPal
Use any payment method on the growing list of ways to fund a PayPal account in your country. Once you have funded your PayPal account, you can use our single-click express feature to speed through checkout.
Store credit and gift cards
Of course, you may also use store credit, or a gift card. Each gift card carries a gift code you can easily enter when completing checkout. They NEVER expire and may be combined with promotions.
Payment Security
SSL
All transactions submitted to us are encrypted with 128 SSL software which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties. 2.7 August Apparel is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. We stay up-to-date with the latest in security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information and shipping/billing information are confidential and safe.
PCI Compliance
27augustapparel.com is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends by default to our store powered by Shopify.
Order Verification
Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure that every order that we ship out was authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out to you right away to ensure that the delays are minimal.
Currency
When possible, 2.7 August Apparel will try processing your payment in your local currency. There are however some limitations and special cases in which we will have to charge your card in USD. In those cases, the conversion is handled by your financial institution.
